GRZ is the public name of Verein für Gesundheitsförderung und Reduktion von zugesetztem Zucker e.V., a registered association in Berlin. We share practical knowledge so reducing added sugar feels doable — not like a lecture.
Who we are
GRZ is how we show up in public. The legal organisation behind the name is a registered Verein in Berlin, entered at Amtsgericht Charlottenburg. We exist to make reducing added sugar understandable, practical, and achievable — as a trusted knowledge source, not a product brand.
What we work toward
GRZ shares accessible, credible knowledge that helps people reduce added sugar and make better-informed choices. We explain what added sugar is, where it hides in everyday food, and how labels work — then we point to swaps you can try this week.
We do not sell a sugar substitute, and we do not push one diet philosophy. Fruit, honey, stevia, and other alternatives can show up in recipes and tips when they help a real meal. They are not the point. The point is clearer choices.
Public education stays free. Membership is planned as a later hub for deeper guides and community — not a paywall on the basics.

How we stay transparent
We are a registered education Verein. Public articles, sugar-and-health explainers, and recipes stay free. Membership extras — when they launch — sit beside that, not on top of it. Tax-exemption documents will be published on the transparency page when they are available; we do not claim a tax status we have not posted.
